Job Summary
Assistant Beauty Leader responsible for recruiting and orienting store staff, meeting sales goals, and developing a high-performing team through coaching, training, and feedback. Manages scheduling, monitors controllable expenses, maintains legal compliance, ensures store cleanliness and readiness, builds customer loyalty, and analyzes daily sales/expenses to maximize profits. Leads a positive, team-based environment and addresses customer concerns professionally, while safeguarding cash and supporting banking duties.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year supervisory experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven retail/customer service experience
- Ability to stand, bend, walk for 7+ hours per day
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including nights and weekends
