Job Summary
Assistant Baseball Coach (Pitching) at Lesley University (part-time). Responsibilities include assisting with management of the NCAA Division III baseball program: plan practices, recruit, develop players, implement pitching strategy, support skill development and film analysis, handle equipment management and team event planning, and contribute to fundraising and community service. Requires commitment to NCAA/Conference rules, ability to participate in admissions events, and willingness to work night and weekend hours with potential overnight travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (required)
- collegiate coaching experience OR experience competing at college/semi-pro/pro/international level (required)
- ability to participate in admissions events
- knowledge of NCAA Division III rules and regulations
- valid U.S. driver’s license or ability to commute to practices/competitions
