Job Summary
Assist Head Baseball Coach with practice preparation, scouting, recruiting, and game scheduling; maintain official athletic documentation; represent the university at community and sporting events; coordinate transportation and supervise athletes; contribute to developing clinics, summer camps, and tryouts; foster student-athlete development across academic, spiritual, and social dimensions; build and maintain rapport with students, faculty, staff, and the public; support coaching staff in administering team operations and maintaining roster quality and confidentiality of salary, budget, and grant information.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (required)
- Experience in coaching and playing college baseball
- Commitment to the mission of Mount Marty University
