Job Summary
Lead and mentor a team behind the chair as a full-time Assistant Barber Shop Leader in Geneva, IL. Energize the shop, support barbers and stylists, maintain high standards on cuts/colors/shaves, recruit top talent, manage inventory and month-end tasks, and balance client experience with hands-on chairwork. Drive a positive shop culture, contribute to growth opportunities, and collaborate with the Shop Leader to ensure outstanding service during peak evenings and weekends. Requires an active Illinois barber/cosmetology license, 3+ years of experience behind the chair, and 1+ year of management experience. Flexible schedule to support team needs in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
