Assistant Bar Manager - Living Room

Assist in supervising bar operations and contribute to menu planning and beverage/food programming for the Living Room at W Sydney. Lead and develop the bar team, manage daily shift operations, uphold sanitation and safety standards, monitor inventories (FIFO and bar pars), assist with staffing, training, scheduling, and performance coaching, and strive to maximize guest satisfaction and revenues while adhering to budget. Deliver exceptional guest experiences, maintain brand standards, and act as a role model in customer service and leadership to ensure consistent service excellence across peak periods.
