Assistant Bar Manager

Inspect grooming and attire, monitor dining rooms for seating and safety, and complete maintenance work orders and scheduled inventories. Obtain assigned bank, verify contracted monies, and communicate last call at closing. Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating employees while developing positive working relationships. Welcome guests, address service needs, and ensure adherence to company and safety policies by reporting accidents and completing required certifications. Perform physical duties including standing, lifting objects up to 50 pounds, and moving through narrow or elevated spaces.
