Job Summary
Lead the banquet staff and assist in executing events to meet requirements and standards; provide AV support for meetings/exhibitions; supervise banquet operations, enforce liquor regulations, coordinate setup and service, train staff, and collaborate with the Banquet Manager. Responsibilities include pre-function meetings, ensuring room readiness, maintaining cleanliness and organization of tables and bars, coordinating with the Kitchen for meal requirements, handling AV duties (equipment setup and maintenance), payroll/scheduling assistance, and upholding company safety and health standards.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required.
- 2 years of banquet or food and beverage supervisory experience required.
- Must be trained and certificated in the T.I.P.S program within the first 6 months of employment.
