Job Summary
Execute Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) for meetings and social events, coordinating with vendors and departments to ensure seamless delivery from setup to sendoff. Manage inventory, costs, and schedules while supervising banquet staff to maintain polished service and high morale. Step in for the Banquet Manager as needed to assist with hiring, training, and daily team leadership. Prior leadership or supervisory experience is required, along with the ability to lift 50 lbs and work flexible shifts outside standard 9–5 hours.
