Job Summary
Oversee daily banking center operations by processing loan applications, opening new accounts, and selling financial products while coaching staff on performance and compliance. Lead a team of sales and service professionals through scheduling, training, and conducting performance evaluations to meet sales goals. Build customer relationships via community outreach and ensure strict adherence to audit, security, and regulatory procedures. Maintain the highest level of customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving concerns. Requires availability for weekends and extended hours.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three years successful sales experience in an incentive-driven or relational selling environment

- Availability to work weekends and/or extended hours as required
- Proficient with all Microsoft applications (Word, Outlook, Excel etc.)
- Candidates must possess the ability to lift and carry cash drawers, coin bags, and boxes sometimes weighing as much as 25 pounds
- Candidates must be available to work weekend hours
Desired Qualifications
- Previous banking experience is preferred
- Extensive knowledge and familiarity of banking products and services
- Bilingual (fluent verbal and written English/Spanish) skills
- Sales management experience within a retail banking environment
