Assistant Bakery Manager

Manage bakery operations by overseeing inventories, scheduling associates, and enforcing production logs while assisting the Bakery Manager in day-to-day functions. Create finished decorated products using approved recipes, monitor product quality and freshness, and handle spoiled or damaged items according to company standards. Promote excellent customer relations by greeting clients, answering questions, and resolving issues promptly. Control department expenses by improving efficiencies, reducing losses, and ensuring correct pricing and signage. Utilize the Learning Management System for training and recognize associate performance to maximize profits. Perform duties of the Bakery Manager in their absence and may assist with unloading merchandise or other departments as needed.
