Job Summary
Manage bakery operations by greeting customers, taking orders, and resolving issues while overseeing inventory, scheduling, and merchandising. Create decorated cakes and pastries using approved recipes, monitor product quality and freshness, and control labor costs to maximize profits. Supervise associates, enforce safety protocols, and assist the Bakery Manager in daily functions including ad execution and training. Ensure accurate billing, proper restocking, and adherence to company policies while maintaining a positive team environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Minimum (2) years' experience in management in retail/restaurant/supermarket environment
Desired Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor's degree in business related or food service-related field
- Previous decorating experience
