Job Summary
Manage and lead Bakery Clerks to ensure excellent customer satisfaction while supervising daily Bakery Department operations. Assist the Bakery Manager in merchandising for maximum productivity, controlling inventory, and executing merchandise rotations. Monitor incoming cases for damage, unload deliveries, and maintain deli equipment. Ensure all team members adhere to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines. Operate knives, scales, pallet jacks, and other tools to weigh, label, and transfer products. Perform general housekeeping, clean work areas, and answer phones to take special orders. Requires flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays, with a minimum of two years retail and supervisory experience.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age

- Adhere to all safety, health, and Weights and Measures regulations
- achieve and maintain a Food Handlers permit
