Job Summary
Manage bakery operations by supervising Bakery Clerks, overseeing inventory controls, and executing merchandise rotation and display building. Monitor incoming cases for damaged items, unload deliveries, and maintain deli equipment while ensuring all team members adhere to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines. Validate product quality, answer phones for special orders, and perform general housekeeping to keep work areas clean and sanitized. Operate knives, scales, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to accurately weigh and label products. Requires flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays, with a food handler's permit. Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- minimum of two years' retail grocery experience
- two years supervisory experience
- Be dependable and reliable

- Adhere to all safety, health, and Weights and Measures regulations
- achieve and maintain a Food Handlers permit
