Job Summary
Support daily operations across front-of-house, back-of-house, and community events while leading, coaching, and holding team members accountable. Ensure a high-quality guest experience, maintain cleanliness and product quality, and manage labor, inventory, and waste to meet business goals. Assist with scheduling, training, and shift execution, and ensure accurate cash handling while following operational procedures. This full-time role (35+ hours/week) requires flexible weekend availability and stellar reliability, with benefits including vacation time, PTO, and a 50% employee cake discount.
