Job Summary
Oversee daily Bakery Department operations, ensuring high standards for quality, freshness, presentation, and customer service while fostering a welcoming environment and resolving customer concerns. Plan and execute daily bakery production based on sales trends and seasonal demand, managing department sales, labor, scheduling, ordering, inventory, and shrink. Execute merchandising plans, promotions, planograms, and seasonal programs to drive store success. Hire, train, coach, and develop bakery associates while promoting teamwork and accountability. Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements. Requires strong customer-service mindset, effective communication, and baking production knowledge. - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
