Assist Bakery Manager in leading the Bakery Department with daily operations, ensuring policies are followed and delivering excellent customer service. Drive production and budget objectives, maintain high quality and efficiency, and perform stocking duties as needed. Inspire and coach the team to deliver outstanding service, while fostering a positive, community-focused environment. Must align with company values and be prepared to support a friendly, knowledgeable experience for every customer.
