Job Summary
Assistant Baker at Nothing Bundt Cakes responsible for following proprietary recipes and NbC methods to bake high-quality cakes, operate commercial mixers and ovens, prepare raw ingredients, package and label baked goods, monitor inventory, maintain cleanliness and logs, and support the Bakery Manager in production planning. Must work as part of a team, be punctual, reliable and able to meet tight, fast-paced production schedules with strict adherence to health and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift items of moderate to heavy weight (up to 50 pounds)
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to operate commercial-grade ovens and bakery equipment
- Ability to follow recipes and health and safety rules
