Job Summary
Follow NbC proprietary recipes and production methods to bake cakes of the highest quality while achieving productivity goals. Effectively utilize measuring instruments, commercial-grade mixers, and ovens to prepare raw ingredients, place pans in hot ovens, and monitor the baking process. Assist the baker with daily production flow, accurately package and label baked goods, maintain refrigeration logs, and ensure proper product rotation. Clean, sanitize, and restock workstations to guarantee all baking supplies are prepared for the next shift. Adhere strictly to health and safety guidelines, dress codes, and personal hygiene standards while maintaining consistent attendance and punctuality.
Required Qualifications
- Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must have the flexibility to work early mornings.
- Weekends as needed.
Desired Qualifications
- previous experience as a Baker or in another operational support role at a bakery, restaurant, or foodservice environment is a plus.
