Job Summary
Conduct afternoon and evening bread baking shifts from 11 am to 7 pm, including Sunday coverage and potential overnight rotations during holidays. Lift and mix large quantities of dough and supplies weighing up to 50 lbs while adhering to strict food safety and sanitation regulations. Maintain flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and ensure high-quality preparation of artisan, sweet, and seasonal breads using whole ingredients. Work as part of a team focused on food quality and community service within a bakery offering career growth paths.
Required Qualifications
- Must have afternoon/evening availability

- Must be able to keep a close eye on what's cooking
- Must be at least 18 years of age
Desired Qualifications
- Proven track record of demonstrating superhero abilities in the kitchen from following recipes to paying close attention to additional details to create one-of-a-kind breads
- Large-scale baking/pastry experience
- Attentiveness to compliance with local, state, & federal regulations for food handler & sanitation standards
- Formal baking/pastry education
