Job Summary
Support the Bakery by making cakes using raw ingredients and striving for consistency on our favorite recipes. Assist with baking duties during regular hours of operation Monday through Sunday, including weekly frosting shifts. This role requires availability Monday through Saturday from 8:30am to 4pm, with a schedule of roughly 32-40 hours per week. New team members receive a 90-day performance review with potential pay increases up to $0.50/hour based on performance.
