Job Summary
Assist the Baker with preparing and baking goods from scratch, following approved recipes and product directions. Restock pastry shelves to maintain a fresh, well‐presented supply; ensure baked goods meet Dexterra standards and client dietary requirements; uphold food safety and sanitation; assist with storage, labeling, and rotation of baked products; support the bakery and culinary team with additional duties as required.
Required Qualifications
- Bakery or food service experience
- Food Safety Certification
- Ability to maintain quality and consistency in a high‐volume production setting
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 pounds
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and cleanliness
- Team‐oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and take direction
