Job Summary
Oversee Service Technicians and resolve customer issues while providing technical assistance and training for service advisors. Supervise daily operations at the Automotive Service Center, ensuring compliance with Loss Prevention and safety policies. Prior automotive maintenance experience is preferred, along with forklift certification and the ability to read and speak English. This role requires working evenings and every other weekend. Required Qualifications
- Able to work evenings when needed and at least every other weekend
- Must possess or have the ability to obtain forklift certification
