Job Summary
Assist the Service Center Manager in overseeing the Automotive Service Center and Service Technicians; provide technical assistance and training for service technicians and advisors; supervise Service Center associates; perform technician responsibilities as needed; demonstrate awareness of Loss Prevention and safety policies; participate in ASE certification progress within one year; evening and weekend availability; Michigan-specific ASE requirements for tech levels; ensure customer issues are resolved and service quality is maintained.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Able to pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks
- Able to attain an ASE Certification in A4 Steering and Suspension and A5 brakes within one year of hire date
- Must possess or have the ability to obtain forklift certification
- Ability to read and speak English and communicate with customers and co-workers
