Assistant Automotive Service Center Manager to assist the Service Center Manager in overseeing Service Technicians and Advisors; responsibilities include resolving customer issues, providing technical assistance and training, supervising associates, performing technician duties as needed, and ensuring compliance with Loss Prevention and safety policies; requires ASE certification plans, forklift certification, and supervisory/retail experience preferred, with evenings and weekends availability.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- ASE Certification in A4 Steering and A5 brakes within one year of hire date
- Able to attain forklift certification
- Ability to read and speak English and communicate with customers and co-workers
