Job Summary
Evaluate illnesses and injuries, determine course of action, and coordinate medical personnel coverage and travel for assigned teams. Serve as a liaison for medical care between student-athletes, coaches, physicians, and sports medicine staff. Update and maintain accurate medical records, including history, physical exam forms, daily injury reports, and progress notes. Operate and implement preseason physicals. Requires 1-2 years of collegiate experience, a Master's degree, BOC certification, Indiana licensure, and CPR/First Aid. Background checks are required for all final candidates.
