Job Summary
Provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for all athletics facilities (UNI-Dome, McLeod Center, and outdoor venues), focusing on maximizing facility utilization and revenue through event scheduling, partnerships, and external-user agreements; oversees budgeting, financial management, and event-related accounting; ensures compliance with institutional, conference, and regulatory standards; supervises staff, coordinates event personnel and third-party services, and supports long-term facility planning with campus units and community organizations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree; at least two years of experience in administrative functions related to facilities and event management including revenue producing events; excellent communication and relationship building skills; supervision experience required.
