Job Summary
Provide administrative support to a senior executive, including arranging complex travel, scheduling and organizing meetings, managing expenses and Concur entry, screening calls, preparing materials in Word/PowerPoint/Excel, editing for clarity and accuracy, maintaining e-filing, drafting letters and correspondence, coordinating vendor onboarding and invoices, and providing back-up support to the team. Strong written and verbal communication, confidentiality, and proficiency with Microsoft Office are essential; the role requires proactive prioritization, professional interaction with executives and stakeholders, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or 10+ years of administrative assistance experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
