Job Summary
Teach 24 credits annually, develop syllabi, and lead academic advising for doctoral advisees. Supervise dissertation proposals and serve on dissertation committees while participating in program assessment, admissions, and curriculum review. Engage in scholarly pursuits and hold active membership in departmental and campus-wide governance committees. This core faculty position within the APA-Accredited Clinical Psychology doctoral program at National Louis University in Chicago, IL, offers a ten-month schedule with a salary range of $75,000–$105,000 for Assistant or Associate Professor roles.
Required Qualifications
- PhD/PsyD from an APA-Accredited program
- License-eligibility in Illinois
- Passion for teaching
- Experience in graduate clinical education and training
- Strong ability to mentor graduate students, particularly non-traditional students
- Adherence to the highest level of professional conduct and ethical standards
- Graduate and post-graduate experience working with diverse client populations
- Demonstrated participation in scholarly and/or professional activities
- Demonstrated commitment to lifelong learning
