Job Summary
Assistant/Associate Professor of Curriculum and Instruction (9 Month) is a full-time faculty position in the College of Education and Human Services at Lindenwood University. The successful candidate will teach four courses per semester (12 credit hours), contribute to curriculum development, engage in service and scholarship, mentor students, participate in faculty governance, and support online teaching efforts. Qualified applicants should possess a terminal degree in Education with specialization in curriculum and instruction or a closely related field; Missouri K-12 Special Reading Teaching License is required, with preference for Missouri Gifted Education Certification and/or English Language Learning certification. The role emphasizes teaching, scholarly activity, advising, and ongoing professional development, with on-campus presence required (St. Charles Campus, MO). The position begins Fall 2026 and includes expectations for teaching, service, and continued scholarly engagement in a non-tenure-track framework described as a 9-month faculty appointment.
