Job Summary
The position of Assistant/Associate/Full Professor in the Department of Maternal Fetal Medicine, Gynecologic Surgery & Obstetrics involves providing clinical services and consultative care. Responsibilities include inpatient and outpatient care, education of medical students and residents, and involvement in scholarly activities. Candidates should demonstrate proven abilities in medical education and clinical research, specifically health outcomes or education outcomes research. This is a 12-month faculty position with a competitive salary commensurate with experience.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from a regionally accredited college or university
- Completion of ACGME accredited residency program
- Board certified or board eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Board certified or board eligible in Maternal Fetal Medicine
- Eligibility for a Nevada medical license
- Eligibility for malpractice coverage
- Eligibility for a State Board of Pharmacy license
- Eligibility for DEA license.
- Must meet credentialing requirements and be able to obtain admitting privileges at applicable hospitals and/or clinics
