Job Summary
Assist in overseeing daily operations across housekeeping and food and beverage departments; coordinate with department managers to implement operational policies, procedures, and standards to enhance guest experience; monitor performance metrics and prepare reports to identify areas for improvement; support recruitment, training, and development initiatives to build a skilled, motivated team; ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations; manage inventory and resource allocation to optimize costs without compromising quality; address guest concerns promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction; participate in budgeting and financial planning to support business objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of operations management experience in hospitality
- Strong knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation standards in hospitality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
