Job Summary
Audit properties, manage supplies, and respond to guest and homeowner concerns via emails, calls, texts, Slack, and tickets. Serve as a reliable point of contact for property owners, reviewing distribution statements and acting as a bridge to internal departments. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with standards and regulations, addressing quality assurance issues and assigning rectification duties. Coordinate housekeeping, routine maintenance, and inventory levels for consumables and linens. Fill in as market lead and personnel manager in the absence of the Area Manager or Senior Assistant Area Manager. This role requires close proximity to the market with frequent travel to various sites and rotating on-call after hours support. Annual salary range of $60-65k plus bonus.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of hospitality or customer-facing experience
- Basic maintenance abilities and willingness to do tasks such as tightening doorknobs, putting in drywall anchors, etc.
- Basic skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
- Ability and availability to work weekends, holidays, and with an overall flexible work schedule to fit current business needs
- Access to a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license
- Ability to spend a majority of working time standing, walking, and driving to properties
- Ability to regularly bend at the waist, squat, kneel, climb, carry, reach, stoop, and occasionally push, pull and lift more than 25 lbs
- Excellent self-management skills, and the ability to prioritize and deliver work to meet tight deadlines and work in a fast paced environment
- Responsiveness via Slack and email
- Experience in Hospitality and/or Real Estate and Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) designation are a plus
- Must reside in the designated area
- Business needs dictate hands on in market presence
