Job Summary
Develop architectural designs, conceptual sketches, and design presentations under senior architect guidance. Produce schematic drawings, renderings, and 3D models using AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp. Prepare documentation including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details while supporting site analysis, survey reviews, and zoning code research. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate engineering systems and assist in preparing proposals and client presentations. Participate in design charrettes, brainstorming sessions, and critiques. Communicate effectively with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and clients. Stay current on industry trends and best practices. Full-time remote role requiring Central Time availability.
Required Qualifications
- A degree in Architecture or a related field
- Experience producing architectural drawings and design documentation across multiple project phases
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and visualization tools
- Strong technical and creative skills with attention to detail
- Basic understanding of building systems, construction methods, and design coordination
- Ability to work independently with moderate supervision
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset
