Job Summary
Assistant Aquatics Manager at Aqua Tots Swim Schools. Responsibilities include Scheduling, Training, Staffing, Maintenance, Ordering supplies, and delivering excellent Customer Service while managing and leading a team. Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, with 2 years swim experience and 2 years in management or leadership. Availability for full-time work, 30-40 hours weekly, with a schedule from 9:30 am–8:00 pm on weekdays and 8:30 am–3:00 pm on one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) with rotating weekends. Salary $17.50+ per hour, based on experience, with benefits, weekly pay, and growth opportunities. Position is hourly and based on experience.
Required Qualifications
