Job Summary
Oversee in-water operations and ensure lesson safety and quality while building relationships with the Aquatic Manager, General Manager, and staff. Conduct daily pool maintenance, including chemical checks, vacuuming, and equipment cleaning, alongside nightly aqua card checks and weekly staff evaluations. Assist with interviews, training planning, and curriculum implementation to develop future shift leads and instructors. Monitor deck supervisors, resolve scheduling conflicts for substitutes, and implement customer service guidelines to maintain a family-friendly environment. Rotate weekend shifts with leadership to support efficient school operations and ensure compliance with health department standards.
