Job Summary
Conduct pre-sales demonstrations and provide clinical training to doctors and nurses on D.O.R.C. products, ensuring safe usage and service application. Support existing KOLs with on-site installation of surgical equipment, hardware, and backup systems, including overnight follow-up support when required. Achieve specific D.O.R.C. certification levels by Year 1 and Year 2, coordinating with headquarters and clinical teams to build KOL relationships in China. Test device technical specifications, support bid specification forms, and report installation results, complaints, and competitor activities to the General Manager. Promote new instruments and consumables to distributors while ensuring they adhere to service agreements regarding accessories and software upgrades.
Required Qualifications
- 本科或硕士学历以上
- 至少3年临床支持经验
- 眼科特别是玻切/眼后节领域专家
- 流利的的中英文口头和书面沟通技巧
- 愿意按业务需求，国内出差频率至少在50%
- 获得D.O.R.C.的特定认证——第一年达到2~3级，第二年达到4级
- 熟悉手术跟台操作协议(如何在OT中做出反应)
- 了解并使用DocuSign
