Job Summary
Assistant Apartment Manager and Data Entry focused on property-management support for Estates of Richardson (Richardson, TX). Responsibilities include processing A/P and A/R, payment postings, lease processing, assisting with hiring/interviewing, move-in/out inspections, rent renewals, auditing rent roll, PAME month-end tasks, maintaining accounting binders, and handling resident service requests. Requires proficiency with apartment management software (RealPage a plus), MS Word/Excel/Outlook, strong communication and organizational skills, and a stable work history. Some college preferred; a valid driver’s license with verifiable auto insurance; bilingual ability is a plus. Payroll is biweekly with direct deposit; employee benefits include medical, dental, 401(k), and life insurance. The role is full-time (40 hours/week) with compensation in the $25.00-$27.00 per hour range based on experience and performance.”,
Required Qualifications
