Job Summary
Conduct daily operations of the AP House by assisting the Director in sales, customer service, marketing, and merchandising. Lead customer experience initiatives to drive loyalty and growth, including client acquisition tactics and managing the VIP database for CRM activities. Support recruitment, staff development, and goal execution while maintaining impeccable store standards, visual displays, and stock levels. Provide floor sales coverage, manage security and repair flows, and ensure seamless communication with the Customer Service Centre. Maintain fluency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin to serve diverse clients effectively.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in luxury retail
- 3 years of managerial experience
- Proven ability to deliver sales and people management in a luxury environment
- Strong understanding of boutique operations and client experience standards
- Excellent communication skills
- Interpersonal skills

- Supervisory skills
- Fluent in Cantonese
