Job Summary
Lead innovative learning activities that promote children's development and growth while ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Monitor children's progress and development, and assist with the implementation of age-appropriate curriculum. Prepare and organize learning materials, and supervise children during all activities, including meals and naptime, to maintain a harmonious environment. This role supports the implementation of various educational styles across Endeavor Schools' 100+ locations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent, required
Desired Qualifications
- CDA or College credits in Early Childhood/ Elementary Education or related field, preferred
- 1+ years of experience, preferred
