Job Summary
You’ll support the NFU’s work on commercial and political issues across the food supply chain, helping shape food-related policy, sharing insight with colleagues and members, and contributing to effective communication on key developments. Through research, retailer reviews, liaison with stakeholders, and collaborative project work, you’ll support policy delivery and member engagement. The role requires a solid understanding of the food supply chain and related sectors, a relevant degree or equivalent experience, strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to explain complex information clearly, and the ability to work independently or in a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, a passion for British food and farming, willingness to travel, and the ability to build effective relationships will help you thrive in this role.
