Job Summary
Assist the Business Office Executive and officer in Admission Clerk duties, including timely registration of IP/DC patients in all systems, updating patient/guardian information, photocopying documents, ensuring documents are complete, explaining admission forms to patients/guardians, adhering to PDPA, securing deposits for elective cash-paying cases, obtaining approvals for life-threatening or emergency cases, collecting balance deposits within 24 hours, coordinating bed allocation with the Bed Manager/UM to optimize ward usage, preparing daily collection reports and banking per policy, and handling patient/billing queries while maintaining good relations with patients/guardians.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum SPM or equivalent
- 2 years working experience in healthcare will be an advantage
