Job Summary
Assist Administrator in planning and developing the facility’s daily functions; help develop and implement department policies and procedures; ensure compliance with policies for employees, residents, visitors, and the public; propose ideas for organizational structure; conduct facility inspections; maintain professional relationships and confidentiality; adhere to Code of Conduct and mandatory compliance training; perform other duties as directed; requires LNHA licensure and experience in a long-term care facility; benefits include health, dental, disability, vision, EAP, 401(k), PTO, telemedicine, Mayo Clinic programs.
Required Qualifications
- Must have an unencumbered and current LNHA in the State
- Depending on job location, temporary licensed individuals may be considered
- Experience in a long-term care facility
- A positive disposition and the ability to work well with others
- Experience in a long-term care facility
- The Assistant Administrator must be qualified by training and experience, capable of making mature judgments, and have no physical or mental disabilities or personality disturbances which interferes with carrying out his/her responsibilities
