Job Summary
Oversee all aspects of facility operation, instill a positive and inclusive culture, set facility-wide goals, and apply creative problem solving to ensure residents receive high standards of care. Collaborate closely with the Administrator to learn daily operational competencies while obtaining licensure to transition into a site Administrator role. This position requires a current State Nursing Home Administrator License after completing the training program within one year. Applicants must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Management and two years of experience as an Assistant Administrator or Executive Director in a skilled nursing setting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Management or related field
- two (2) years of prior experience as an Assistant Administrator or Executive director role in a skilled nursing setting
- willingness to join our Administrator-in-training program with the goal of becoming a licensed administrator
- current State Nursing Home Administrator License (LNHA) after completion of the AIT program within 1 year
