Job Summary
The Administrative Assistant for the Legal Leasing Department will provide clerical support to Attorneys and Paralegals in the negotiation and documentation of retail leases. Responsibilities include creating and revising legal documents, follow-up communication with tenants and leasing personnel, printing and distributing documents, maintaining an accurate filing system, and managing internal and external communications. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Word, have excellent typing skills, and possess strong verbal and written communication abilities. Flexibility, independence, and strong time management skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Word
- Excellent typing skills
- Working knowledge of Excel
- Ability to acquire proficiency in Lotus Notes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
