Job Summary
Receive billing reports, disbursements, and invoices to verify input data completeness and accuracy before financial transactions. Gather and record vessel financial status data to assist management and client reporting. Support invoice issuance per contractual agreements while monitoring timely payments and reporting discrepancies. Develop crew allotment reports in line with company policy and assist internal and external audits by providing required documentation. Requires 1–2 years of relevant experience in ship management or similar industries, with professional education in finance or accounting. Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of relevant experience, ideally within ship management or a similar industry
- Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems
