Job Summary
Prepare annual financial statements and support audit processes for entities across the Asia region. Execute day-to-day accounting operations, including month-end close activities, transaction posting, and reconciliation of financial records. Ensure compliance with local GAAP, tax regulations, and internal controls while managing marketing fund distribution. Assist the Finance Manager with forecasting, budgeting, and preparing materials for internal and external audits. Maintain accurate accounting records and support regional office administration for distributors. This role requires 4+ years of general accounting experience in a multi-country environment.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years general accounting experience
- Strong experience in accounting operations, month-end close, and statutory financial reporting
- Good knowledge of local GAAP, tax compliance, audit support, and internal controls in a multi-country environment
- Detail-oriented
- Able to meet deadlines
- Effective communication skills for regional collaboration
