Job Summary
Assistant Accountant responsible for maintaining daily financial transaction processes and preparing financial reports, including journal entries, general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, fixed assets, revenue reconciliation, and preparation of balance sheet, profit & loss, and other reports. Supports preparation of regulatory and statutory reports and may assist in ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and company policies. Interacts with internal stakeholders and colleagues to analyze information, identify issues, and maintain accurate records. Requires a full-time Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 2 years of related accounting experience.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of related accounting experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related discipline or above
- Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and other accounting regulations
- Ability to prepare and analyze financial reports (balance sheet, P&L, cash flow)
- Experience with journal entries, general ledger, accounts receivable/payable, fixed assets, revenue reconciliation
