Job Summary
Maintain accurate financial reports, records, and general ledger accounts while monitoring and controlling project costs including labour, materials, and overheads. Track, analyse, and reconcile project expenses against budgets on a weekly and monthly basis, preparing accounts receivable month-end journal entries and financial analyses. Support month-end close processes, process sales invoices and credit notes, and ensure all reporting deadlines are consistently met. Respond to financial information requests, assist with audits, and perform project and margin analysis to support business decision-making. This part-time role is ideal for a candidate with a part-qualified ACCA or CIMA, working within a growing organization that contributes to innovative security solutions across global enterprises.
Required Qualifications
- Part-qualified ACCA or CIMA (or actively working towards qualification)
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
- Proficient in Excel and accounting systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
