Job Summary
Prepare trial balances and management accounts for a portfolio of Irish, Jersey, and Cayman incorporated CLO SPVs, adhering to transactional and statutory deadlines. File quarterly regulatory returns with the Central Bank of Ireland on time and train less experienced team members on these reporting elements. This Assistant Accountant role is based in Krakow but reports to a Dublin-based team within a global Financial Services firm scaling its international footprint. Candidates require a finance degree or relevant qualification, approximately two years of financial reporting experience, and advanced Excel skills including vlookup and sumifs.
Required Qualifications
- Degree qualified (or equivalent) in a finance related discipline, or actively studying towards ACA, ACCA or CIMA (or equivalent)
- circa 2 years' experience in a financial reporting or fund administration role, gained within the financial services industry
- good understanding of basic accounting debits & credits, with experience at posting entries to an accounting general ledger
- Advanced Excel skills including vlookup/xlookup and sumifs
