Job Summary
Oversee security operations for assigned client accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery, issue resolution, and operational excellence. Manage staffing, scheduling, training, and supervision of security personnel while driving client relationship management, service enhancements, business growth opportunities, and compliance with site-specific procedures and post orders. Serve as the key point of client contact to ensure high-quality customer service and effectively prioritize multiple competing assignments and deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Associate Degree
- 3 years of responsible experience in the security industry and/or business management
- Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company
- Additional relevant experience can be substituted for the required education on the basis of one calendar year of experience for one academic year of education
